Cancellation & Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. To cancel, you can email us or write to us or within 7 working days upon receipt of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them. Item(s) must be returned with a returns number that will be confirmed from our office once a return(s) is requested.

We encourage all items returned from clients to be sent recorded, as we can accept no liability for lost items in the post. Customers are liable for the postage cost of any return(s). Upon receipt and approval Crystal Bright will issue a refund to your card for the item and confirmation sent via email. Please allow five working days for the credit to be received

Delivery
 UK orders are sent via first class post with 80% of all orders being dispatched in the first 7 days, international orders are dispatched using courier service. Should any items be out of stock during busy periods you will be alerted by email and possibly phone.

Opening Hours

Our business is online. We offer a limited telephone service between 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday. If we miss your call we will call directly next working day although email offers a quicker response time to queries.

Shipping 

Our items are posted worldwide from the UK. For domestic orders we use Royal Mail standard post. For International orders we  other courier services. Clients are liable for any local import duties on orders. Customers will need to consult with their local customs office on any possible charges. Orders can be tracked online at any time simply sign in to view the status of any current or past orders. Emails are sent to your confirmed email address confirming pending, processing and final delivery of goods.

Orders will be posted promptly but should we have a delay or problem we will confirm this to you via email and possibly via phone should we receive no response. Goods will be sent to the delivery address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments should an item(s) be on back order.
